AKL-tec GmbH presents a new freight volume measuring device for oversized objects – the APACHE Flying Forklift.
The new product can measure freight that exceeds typical standard dimensions accurately, conveniently and quickly. The APACHE Flying Forklift meets all the requirements, as the object does not have to be put down before it is measured and weighed. The measuring process is remarkably simple: The forklift travels under the measuring system with its freight, but without stopping (this is the real innovation). As it travels underneath, the dimension data is recorded and the conveying vehicle, such as a forklift or electric pallet truck, is removed digitally.
