AKL-tec GmbH draws a positive performance after the fair “transport logistic” in Munich.
More than 60,000 visitors from 120 countries visited the world’s largest trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management. The stand of AKL-tec was well visited. Existing customers as well as new customers have catched up on innovations and developments. “We presented our latest system through a video session, the APACHE flying forklift,” explains Lars Hintze, responsible for marketing and sales at AKL-tec GmbH. “It is possible to measure the dimensions of pallet freight on the forklift without stopping, simply while the forklift is passing through. Resulting there is a considerable time savings in the logistics and transhipment halls.” In addition to the video, visitors had the opportunity to view the APACHE first choice system and the CubiScan 75. Lars Hintze demonstrated the quick volume measurement of both devices. Some visitors even actively participated in the measurement by placing themselves next to the pallet. All in all it was a successful trade fair.
