Your tasks:

Analysis of challenges/problems in the intralogistics area (measurement, classification and recognition of logistics objects).
Development of customer specific solutions incl. technical guidance of projects with very short decision making processes as part of an agile team
Creative contribution of solution proposals
Accompanying / guiding the technical solution through different phases (problem analysis, conceptual design of the project, system and solution design, software development, testing, commissioning and maintenance (software side)
Preparation of documentation accompanying the project
Training of employees and external personnel of partners

Your profile:

  • Completed university studies in the field of computer science / mathematics / engineering / (physics / natural sciences).
  • Experienced software developer (e.g. IT specialist)
  • Specialization in computer vision is an advantage
  • Independent, strongly solution-oriented working style
  • Knowledge of the programming languages C++ and Python
  • Knowledge of OpenCV, PCL and Open3D advantageous
  • Knowledge of PyTorch desirable
  • Team player, fast comprehension
  • Good to very good knowledge of English
