Practical application with technology enhancement:
In an ongoing project at the customer, the APACHE portal dual zone was additionally equipped with an individual deep learning camera unit. This means that even more precise classifications and image analyses can now be carried out. Even transparent, white or reflective films are reliably detected - without affecting the measurement quality.
The result: a test customer had an engine measured - and immediately became a new customer.

- Precise 3D measurement & camera-based documentation
Two laser probes per zone reliably measure length, width, height and volume. An optional camera provides photorealistic images - for digital traceability, quality control and document handling.
- Seamless system integration & legally compliant data transfer
All recorded dimensional data, images and weights are automatically transferred to your customer database, WMS or ERP systems via a defined interface - legally relevant in accordance with the EU Measurement Directive.
- Robust, low-maintenance and long-term tested in real operation
The APACHE portal dual zone with a measuring length of 12 m has been successfully in use since 2018 - even under heavy dust loads and continuous ventilation. The system is extremely durable and only requires maintenance every two years.
