The APACHE DWS Static is a compact measuring system for freight measurement that records the length, width, height, weight and a photo of the objects at the touch of a button. Ideal for master data acquisition, shipping preparation and integration into modern logistics processes.
• Modularly expandable and flexible in use
Thanks to various standard measuring surfaces, the DWS Static can be flexibly adapted to any area of application - from packing stations to large dispatch centers. Additional components such as barcode scanners, hand scanners or label printers can be easily integrated - for complete object recognition and labeling.
• Integrated image recording
Photos are taken and volumes and weights determined in a single step at the touch of a button. The data is automatically transferred to your customer database via defined interfaces - ideal for documentation, quality monitoring and e-commerce applications.
• Advanced geometry analysis
DWS Static delivers more than just classic dimensional data: It automatically recognizes stackability, contours, edge characteristics, surface quality and suitability for conveying - a comprehensive optical 3D measurement that significantly improves your storage and shipping strategies.
• Legal relevance
The system is type-tested and meets the requirements for legally relevant use in accordance with the EU Measurement Directive (LFT). The precise freight measurement can therefore be used for exact invoicing.
