Two laser scanners record precise dimensional data such as length, width and height during the conveying process. Supplemented by an integrated scale , a fully automatic non-contact measuring system is created, which provides maximum transparency through additional image processing.

The freight is automatically identified using barcode scanners, RFID transponders or a direct connection to the material flow control system. The recorded master data, including image, weight and object dimensions, is transferred to your systems via defined interfaces.

The APACHE conveyor enables continuous master data acquisition during operation, without interrupting the material flow - perfect for time-sensitive processes in intralogistics and dispatch preparation.

High-resolution camera technology records every package as it passes through. Automatic image processing supports damage assessment and reduces subsequent charges by carriers - a reliable solution for quality monitoring and documentation.

• Legal relevance

The system is type-tested and meets the requirements for legally relevant use in accordance with the EU Measurement Directive (LFT). The precise freight measurement can therefore be used for accurate invoicing.
